They call in sick all the time even though they are well aware that, that means the other technicians have to work twice as hard to get everything done. Even after a schedule was posted specifically saying which tasks were to be done by whom, Natalie and Maude fell behind with filling their carts. This shows disorganization by both of them; a schedule should make things more systematic and therefore easier and quicker to do, not the opposite. Neither Maude or Natalie can be described as helpful or flexible. They are self-focused which can be seen in the case study when they go on their long smoke breaks or are late to work, resulting in the other technicians having to do their work on top of their own.
