My physical activity plan consists of a range of activities which help me reach the PARs recommendation. I included four categories of the PARs in my plan, which included of the amount of minutes of the total activity per week, the amount of vigorous activity time per week, how many strength activities I added and the variety of activities I included. I believe the amount of strength activities compared to vigorous activities I included may have differed my final results. For someone aged between 12-18 they suggested 60 minutes of vigorous activity a day and for me to reach that amount I was required to dedicate sections of the day to reach the PARs recommendations.
