To have a companion with loyalty and love, it is priceless! Pit-bulls are dogs that are loved and cherished by their owners. They become part of the family and more as a protector. Some remain skeptical about what they have seen on television without experiencing the love of this animal. Having pets becomes a great responsibility for an individual or families. Although it is an extra mouth to feed, having a pet such as a pit-bull can be life altering. Pit-bulls should be allowed to be part of these families that love them because they are very affectionate, they are easy to care for and they are loyal to their families. Pit-bulls are very affectionate animals. They become over-excited with their caregivers and tend to give a lot of kisses. With children, they are very playful and protective. The families that I know to have been blessed with this gracious dogs sometimes joke about pit-bulls being French-kissers. It is a saying as they lick your face to fill you …show more content…
Since pit-bulls have a thin coat, the grooming is not complicated. They shed normal amounts of hair and have a smooth coat. They eat the pebbles and can actually be cost-effective compared to other breeds that tend to eat softer foods which are more expensive. Pit-bulls are large dogs yet they can weight fifty to sixty pounds if taken out for a daily walk. With this weight they are not so complicated to handle and manage. Nonetheless, pit-bulls are very loyal pets. They protect their owners and the family. If properly trained, they can be people pleasers and kind. Although they can be kind, if they feel their owners are being attacked, they will protect them as most pets are trained to do. If put in a position where they must pick their masters or others, they will always go towards the loved owner. These dogs have a familial way and are very territorial. This can put the dog owners at ease in terms of the dog that is less likely to wander
