Introduction
The following article “My Body, My Organs: If planned Parenthood can sell Body Parts, Why Can’t I?”, discusses about the my body-my-choice motto, killing unborn infants and harvesting their human body parts, and the ethical issues with them. Planned Parenthood doctors believe that killing babies for body parts, is moral and decent. The real question is what is so wrong about allowing people to sell their own organs for money? (My Body, My Organs: If Planned Parenthood Can Sell Body Parts, Why Can’t I?, n.d.)
Scientific Basis
Scientifically there would not be any reason for this to be an issue, more morally and ethically. The people on the waiting list would benefit more from people selling the organs, instead of waiting for people to die to receive them.

Imagine if America harvested the body parts of death-row inmates? The article states that the argument could say that murderers can also be aborted; since they cant survive in a jail cell. (On their own)
Reasons
Imagine if we used the organs from death row inmates? There is a severe shortage in donor organs with more than 120,000 people on an organ transplant waiting lists. Nearly twenty-one people die a day because there just isn’t enough organs to go around. Paying for organs would make the numbers go down increasingly, and solve this problem.
Individual Rights
More people would be willing to supply an organ if they or their families could make a profit from such it. An organ supplier is only capable of providing one organ while they are alive, or they have to wait till they die and then have their organs collected and turned over to the people who are waiting on the transplant list. People should have the right for to decide if they want to hand over their organs for free or if they are interested in benefiting financially out of them.
