Police brutality is not a new phenomenon yet it remains an existent complex, multilayered concern in the United States and is in dire need of resolving. The presence of police violence is becoming more and more common, as society expands. The misuse of police power is an ongoing reality that many individuals fear more than the “criminals” themselves. Speaking of criminals, even these individuals are part of the public, and should neither be subject to this act of violence.
