1. Discuss what Pollan learns from his grass-fed meal

Pollan talks about how the grass-fed animals are healthier for humans although they still contain fats. Grass-fed animals contain “less total fat and less saturated fats” (267). He continues to explain how “polyunsaturated fats are better for [you] than saturated fats” (267). All of his food was delicious and was better than if it came from mistreated animals and better than corn-feed animals.

Pollan questions the people if organic food was more affordable or if food from the grocery was as cheap as fast food would people buy it. Most people eat
