Postmodernism In Jeannette Wall's The Glass Castle

I modeled my personal vignette after Jeannette Wall’s vignette on page 159 of her memoir, The Glass Castle. Her memoir demonstrates various elements of postmodern literature, as well as specific structural components, some of which I chose to model in my personal vignette and include in my cover page art. To begin, my two main elements of postmodernism are self-realization and time fragmentation. One example of self-realization is when I, looking back, note that maybe Colin didn’t run into me on accident, but rather on purpose because the group of kids I called my friends were just the opposite.
