Comprehensive Assessment

Mrs. L.L is a 32 year old married white American female who had delivery a baby a two days ago, basically she is a postpartum patient at the maternity unit at the hospital. Her vital signs were all within the normal range. She has no major physical complications. Her Mental status it seems normal at times. Nurses are allowed to ask questions to identify any noticeable disability from the patient as far any odd behavior, also the nurse can address the issues and provides many resources for the patient. State methodology (teaching methods)
In order to achieve the learning objectives, would use the following methods. Firstly, a review of credible journals will be used to develop in depth knowledge about the condition, its causes, and prevalence. In addition, case studies would be used to analyze real cases which have been studied in order to enhance the teaching project.
d. Provide and utilize teaching aids
Some of the teaching aids that would be used in the teaching objective include graphs, slides, and surveys. Charts would also be utilized to present the various aspects of the teaching.

She was able to identify the signs of depression after birth. Mrs. L.L was able to tell the nurse a few symptoms related to her postpartum depression, withdrawal from family and friends, feelings of shame, guilt, severe mood swing difficulty bonding with the baby and plus she mentioned few more severe signs, for example the thoughts of harming herself or the baby, that can take place in the future if she is goes untreated.
