Poverty contributes a great deal to an upcoming genocide.
When a nation is in great debt or depression it effects the way people look at their nations leaders.
During great depression the citizens are the ones who deal with the effects of unemployment, price surges, and other difficulties. This causes citizens to become angry and upset with their leaders since they are responsible for their hardships.
Poverty within a nation helps new leaders come to power and deflect the blame onto the minority group.
