The Supreme Court ruling on prayer in public schools. Prayer must be voluntary. They have the rights to religious activity in the same manner of any club. There are also two court that is called Supreme Court which is the highest court in the country. The 9 justices are nominated by the president and must be approved by the senate, and the other court is called the federal courts they are lower but they were not created by the constitution. Congress established them around the country to handle federal business as the country grew, using power granted from the constitution. The United States is made up of three branches. They are legislative, executive, and judicial. The legislative branch make laws, executive branch carriers out laws and judicial branch evaluates laws. The executive branch is headed by the governor. The governor who must be at least 30 years old, a citizen of the United States and a resident for 5 years serve as the states chief executive. The key roles of the executive branch are the president leads the country the vice president supports the vice president and the head of executive departments, cabinet are nominated by the president and must be improved by the senate.
