Pre-Out Come 3

1). Role of management- Essentially, the role of managers, supervisor is to guide the organizations toward goals and objectives. All organizations have their own private goal and objective to achieve. Managers are responsible for controlling organizational, team and resources to ensure that their organizations achieve their purposes. That why management in any particular organisation is essential. The role of the Management is to move an organization towards its purposes or goals by assigning, managing activities that organization team member performing.
Leadership , plan, vision - management should ensure that everything the organisation should plan their vision, objective, aims, purpose and goals to achieve that.
Legal- management should also ensure that they following all the government’s law, legal rules regulations and etc.
Also the management team should ensure that they are managing all the money that coming in or going out are under their eyes. Property and resources properly used. Well managed and accounted. In order to be accountable, suitable system must be there and up to date. And other thing is all staff member of organisation they are follow polices of government and their work.

2). To judge a manager/supervisor-
Giving a rewards to employee/employers who doing best and working hard. To motivate them and other. And keeping friendly environment with all members while even under stress. Communicate with all.
Democratic: it would be good thing about mangers if he listen employee’s opinion and idea. And also share with them his/her opinion before taking some decision. He should have trust and confidence on his/her their staff. And aslo welcome new ideas from their each employers. He should be self-motivated. These are the few abilities of best or successful manager/supervisor

3) Mcgregor’s work influenced greatly by maslow’s “need of satisfaction”
According to the mcgregor for motivations, he develop theory-x and theory-y
In theory-x person include who dislike work and not willing to do work. Totally not motivated they always been lazy while working, they take more time to finish task compare to others. They does not care about responsibility.
In theory-y employee are self-motivated and willing to do work. Always responsible. Participative in nature. Always give their best effort while working and give better result.in this Y-theory manager should not watch or keep eye on employee because there is no need of that. Such employees are self-motivated and they always knows their responsibility. Manager should give freedom to them for new of creativity or ideas, and do the new task.

A 4). Hersey and Blanchard’s theory
Hersey and blanchad’s believed that a manger may use any of 4 style depending on the ‘readiness level’ or ‘maturity’ of the subordinates (hersey 1984).
Following are four style a) Directing or telling: in this type of style task is important to do. So leader motivated to follower to do that.
