Choco flan, the Impossible Cake
Choco Flan has become a popular dessert in the Mexican Culture, also known as pastel Imposible, or “The Impossible Cake”. What makes it unique is its combination of chocolate cake on the bottom, and flan on the top. Choco Flan defines baking logic: putting the cake in the oven with the flan on top, and it comes out with the baked flan on the bottom. When the cake is inverted into the plate, the flan is on top of the chocolate layer. There’s many ways you could prepare this appetizing dessert. Baking Choco flan can be simple after a few time of making it, but once you undertake these simple steps that I will be sharing with you it will be a piece of cake, literally!
I love to cook numerous meals in the kitchen, but baking is what I enjoy most. For some people it might be frustrating because they haven’t mastered this particular art. Being that Baking requires: patience, skill, and precision. It’s a challenging process however, it’s a very fun hobby to achieve. Especially seeing the amazing results of you accomplishments. I’m delightful to see my family and friends adore my delicious desserts, especially my remarkable Choco Flan! Which I get a lot of request for to make. It's also an extraordinary approach to make a profit on something I cherish.
Choco flan requires a few materials and ingredients! In the process of making Choco flan you may receive doubts that it will not turn out as it should. For example when flan batter is poured over the chocolate layer of the cake batter you may think there’s no way it will turn out the way it should, however you will be amazed to see the astonishing end result! There’s points in the process that may seem like your doing it incorrectly, nevertheless just follow directions and you’ll have a mouthwatering dessert!

Materials:
Bowl
Blender
Electric hand mixer, or whisk
Large spoon
Large pan size: 10.5 x 14.75 x 2.25in
Small pan size: 9.5 x 13.5 x 2in

Ingredients:
For the cake:
1- Box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ triple chocolate fudge cake mix
3- large eggs 1 ¼ cups of water 1/3 cup of oil
For the flan:
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3- large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
First, I separate the cake and flan ingredients, making the process easier and organized. Starting with the chocolate cake mix (I prefer cake mix which is much easier, and cheaper than making from scratch.) Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl along with eggs, water, and oil. Using a large spoon or whisk mix thoroughly until well incorporated, or if preferred an electric hand mixer (I prefer an electric hand mixer it’s much easier, and keeps ingredients well incorporated which is important for our recipe to turn out correctly.) Set the bowl of cake batter to a side until ready for the next step. As for the Flan, you’re going to need a blender to combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cream cheese. (I prefer to open cream cheese package, and set in a bowl to microwave for one minute before put in the blender). Blend
