Patient fall during hospitalized is a serious problem. Many research has been done trying to find a solution to avoid it. In this essay, the student identified 15 articles that researchers suggest different aspect solutions to control the patient to fall rate. Among these 15 research the principal ideas summarized in five steps of a nursing process.
The first step of a nursing process is assessed, the article # 3. 6, 15, of my 15 research articles focus on the solution of how assessment and assessment tool contribute to identifying patient's risk of falls. Also, all of the 15 articles the researchers reflect the assessment and identify the patient risk factors before carrying out their research solutions.
