In this way, in order them to develop their confidence as a worker it’s your responsibility to help them through using appropriate communication skills that can encourage service users to express their thoughts and feelings and you should use an active listening skills in this communication.
Effective communication is also an important thing in working in health and social care setting to ensure that service users are treated respectfully and have their own individual needs and rights met. If an employee didn’t communicate effectively especially to the service users and there are barriers of communication it can lead to a result that that the service users have a bad experience working to the employee.
