According to the National Police of Russia and of the United States, in Russia, there are 11.2 murderers in every 100,000 residents and in the United States, there are 5 murderers in every 100,000 residents. As we know, many people are jailed in the United States and one of the main reasons is because of murders. Although, Russia has a much higher murder rate. With this being said, _______.

In Russia, the prisons are a lot different than those in the United States. Murder. Vladimir Nikolayev (cannibal) - He is most notorious criminal. Killer with blood of 2 men in his hands -- ate both of them. Coming home drunk from party. Next door to building; guy asks for lighter. They argued and fought; guy died... He took him to br, undressed him, cut him up; then the thought came across that he would “try him”. Cut piece of meat from thigh and boiled; he tried it and didn’t like it -- he chopped up and fried it. He gave meat to friends and they took it home and family ate dumplings with it. He told them it was kangaroo... they unknowingly ate it. Russia’s real life cannibal lector-- soup and bread diet.. Fellow murderer only company when moving from prison to prison; blindfolds -- no opportunity to learn movements -No time to think about movement in certain direction (Maximum control over dangerous inmates so they don’t know prison layouts -- No prison yard. No one has escaped; 1 person has won an appeal... Black dolphin is a final destination -- the end; can’t go any further. Only way to leave is when dead. Dog, handler, senior officer and 3 employees; never left alone... bent over head down, arms back (bent at waist; head down and cuffed 90min... Pace in cage; cells are searched -- loose bars, electric wires, inside books (looking for contraband and attempts to escape) Locked in a 8 x 15 caged Bottle of vodka-- beat to death with stool Russian prison tattoos. Criminal history is displayed on tattoos -- life in prison... (History and beliefs) pirate and knife - on arm - (left) constant life in prison. On the other arm is his "most loved lady"... first term (3 years... 3 bell towers which represent each year in prison) inside Black Dolphin... tattooing is prohibited. This jail houses Stalin's son and political cold war -- today is first stop for brutal murderers/ Vladimir Central (1 million inmates in and out of this prison) vicious dogs’ size of bears and guards armed with AK47s and weapons more powerful than that of all western worlds (228 years). First time crews are permitted inside. American prison-- open, inmates cross, etc... Russian prison... More isolation... No influencing each other... Before entering general population, inmates are searched for contraband... Everything is checked by hand. (Seams are checked, Sims-cards, phones in body cavities) -- Metal coils and batteries -- electrocuted; not allowed. Carry own bedding and belongings.
