Thank you for taking the time to review my application for a senior consultant position with EY’s PI Supply Chain practice. During my time at the McDonough School of Business, I have had the pleasure of interacting with consultants across the firm who unequivocally shared their passion for driving meaningful change and challenging the existing status quo. I learnt of Vision 2020, the emphasis placed on employee growth and development, and the high expectations that underline the competitive but collaborative culture at the firm. These are attributes that I have strived to embody during my professional life in India and the United States. Taking the lead on a multi-disciplinary team, I helped benchmark the firm’s offerings to competitors and assessed under-performing assets. The findings were pivotal towards realizing the downsides of our holding position and helped anticipate and mitigate risk during the 2015 slump in the real estate market. By realigning our core business model towards turnkey projects and attracting international investors, I helped the firm outperform the market and secure its first multi-million dollar leasing deal. The project, which included re-purposing facilities, coordinating timelines with local contractors and tailoring set-up requirements to client needs was completed in under six months – two months ahead of
