Now a days, I see too many people stranded on the side of the road with blown out tires. Many people call their friends to come help them change the tire. Others don't know how to properly change the tire, or do not have the proper tools to complete the task. With the information I give you, you can have that tire changed and have your car back on the road in no time. The lacking of proper tools to change a tire prevents the majority of people from changing it themselves. You can find all the tools needed to change a tire at Walmart, or an auto parts store. Knowledge is the last tool needed to put the pieces together. Now that you have the materials needed to change a tire on a car, the right kind of knowledge to change a tire would be necessary. The first step is to pull over at a safe area away from traffic with your caution lights on. proceed by getting your jack and 4-way lug wrench out. Place your jack under the axil or frame of the blown out tire and pump the handle up and down to jack the car 4-6 inches off of the ground. Use fitted end of the 4-way lug wrench to take the lugs off. Twist to the left to loosen and take the lug nuts off the spokes. Carefully take the tire off of the spokes, and place the spare on with rim facing outward. Place the lugs back on the spoke with the rounded end facing toward the car. Twist the lugs to the right to tighten them and snug them tight. Now twist the knob on the jack to the left to release the car back on the ground. Retighten the lugs firmly to make sure your tire does not come off. Put tire and tools back in the car and head to the nearest tire store to get tire replaced.
