With the growing gun violence there has been a movement to control how guns can be purchased. The anti-gun control activist wants to put tougher restriction on guns. There are people out there who disagree with these people; they claim that the criminal will not follow the gun laws. It is important to keep guns out of dangerous people, at the same time not to punish those who follow the current gun law. The right to own and bear arms is one of the rights under the constitution. In the wake of the Aurora Colorado and Milwaukee Wisconsin shootings, the gun control issue has been more prevalent.
