Introduction Background information about the Project
The Clients are the Project Sponsors and will project manage the refurbishment of their small and tired kitchen in their unit. It needs to be completely refurbished, removing the existing kitchen and refitting a contemporary kitchen including appliances. The project team comprises themselves as project sponsors and project managers. Due to budget limitations the clients have nominated to conduct as much of the work as possible to reduce costs. Although some of this work will be completed by themselves it will be necessary to record certain items in the WBS to ensure milestones are met and the schedule of work will not be affected.

Scope Management Scope Definition
The scope of the plan covers the following aspects: To renovate the kitchen within the existing structure of the unit in a period of two weeks, to be delivered by 10 October 2010, at a cost of no greater than $15,000. This includes the design, preparation and
