Introduction The aim of this assignment is to disclose the Project Management (PMt) concept. To handle a new kind, strange or complex activities PMt is an effective process over last 30 years. ‘Project management is more effective method than any other traditional management methods’ (A K Munns,1996:81).PMt is necessary to the susses of the project and it has been largely accepted in such areas like control and planning of time, quality and cost. At the other hand it`s been shown that PMt and success are not essentially directly related. PMt is very large process which requires a bunch of people and an efficient plan to be followed, otherwise the entire project can go to collapse.(Satinder caur, 2010)

Why the project is necessary? Project is necessary for One Family Home design because, construction is the more challengeable work than any other. The Project and PMt is widely used in any of the challengeable work like Construction and Information Technology. By using the project in One Family Home (OFM) construction, we can separate the work in different tasks and phases. To decide which work or task has to be finish first to start the work or task next to it, project is very useful guide. Project gives a perfect direction of the tasks to be done and also shows that, ‘Who’ we will need to finish that particular task effectively. Project also defines the objective and goals of task and responsibilities of the resource recruited for the task to complete it within a limited time and budget. Every project should have a pre-decided start and end point with clear objective and goal to deliver a end result to the owner or customer.

The first step of any project is to define their goals and objectives. This important step shows or defines the outcome of the project and required steps to achieve that outcome. Goals and Objectives, which are poorly identified or a goal without any objectives, forces the project to run longer than time limit, territory fights, personality clashes and it makes customer unhappy. Project can have goals more than one, but the objectives for each goal may be more. Do not confuse yourself with goals and objectives. (Rhonda Goetz, 2010:1)

Goals of the project

Whatever is the size of the project, project`s success is based on main three criteria delivery of outcome with quality agreed, Within a specified time and within a specified budget (cost or resources). So, the goal of the One Family House project is to deliver the quality output within a budget and time defined in project.
According to Dr. Keith Mathis(2009) of The Mathis Group, ‘five goals of every project is as following... 1. Finish the project within the scheduled Time table. 2. Finish the project within the scheduled Budget. 3. Finish the project with the same level of Quality. 4. Finish the project within the specified Guideline. 5. Do the best you can with, What you have been given.’
There is nothing which we can say a perfect project. Sometimes project have to passes through major trouble and hurdles. Even after all these type of crises, because of such a good team leaders and teams, projects were noteworthy turned around, back on the track and got the other end of the project.

Stages of project life cycle
‘Most projects go through similar stages on the path from origin to completion. We define these stage as the project`s life cycle.’(Meredith & Mentel 2010:14). The Project Life Cycle dealt with a series of things following in order to achieve the project`s objectives or goals. Complexity or Heedless of scope, any project passes through a chain of stages by its life.
The activities of the project must be divided into phases because by using the phases, the Project Manager (PMr) and the team of the project can
