Introduction
This project management plan is designed for D’Society on Paddington Bar project: “Intervening Paddington Reservoir’s garden to create Society on Paddington Bar”. This project provides some detailed information related to the project planning and application. This proposal is designed for relevant stakeholders involved in this project. Project Background
D’Society on Paddington Bar is an open space bar and community garden that located in Paddington Reservoir. The bar provides variety of food and drinks as well as beautiful desserts. Potted plants hanging from the ceiling, repetitive exterior timber and fantastic garden view give the impression of assimilation with nature. Just like its logo, D’Society on Paddington Bar aims to bring the community and society to recognize the beauty and artistry of a garden.
Project Description
The bar will be located in the heart of Paddington Reservoir garden that is open area and emphasize the essence of this project. The bar area is not only function as a dining purpose but also live music is provided to bring the new potential of better atmosphere.

This contrivance will be resolved within 8 months from January to September 2015, which includes all preparations from planning, arrangement, application and analysis. While the intervention project is running, the garden area is still can be accessed by public. However, the project still acquires disruptions of noise to visitors and blocking some walkway. Below is the current floor plan of Paddington Reservoir garden.

This is the new floor plan which showing the location of the bar. The bar area will be closed during the construction. This area will be locked due to safety reason. However, the promenade and walk path still function as usual.

As this project classified as a small project, Shyerla Sucahyo, the owner of the business who has previous experiences in managing projects, will be the project manager. There is no external sponsor and this project is a new business plan.

Project Goals & Objectives
Goals of this project is :
The goal of this project plan is to intervening Paddington Reservoir’s garden within 8 months, while this area still open without interrupt the public walkway.

Objectives :
Provide all equipment to build the bar within 1 month, including the contract agreement and meeting with all constructor
Restore the garden area and create open space bar according to the design standard within 5 months
Placing all kitchen and bar equipment according to standards within 1 month
Organize final meeting evaluation within the last 2 weeks, in order to accelerate D’Society on Paddington Bar

Project Scope
Project scope management includes the processes required to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully. It is primarily concerned with defining and controlling what goes in or not included in the project.
