Over the years governments have changed. So two main governments are monarchy and a democracy. In Greece everything was changed. The government's changed only 1 or 2 times before they decided that one of the many would work. Even with different governments the countries are still the same. The people who are in charge of the democracy government are, the president, and the people. They got in charge by being voted for by others. They remain in charge until they die, quit, lose an election or is voted out. How the laws are made and enforced is by the legislative inventing the laws and the executive enforcing them. Equality is not insured because it’s not an fully equal government. The people do have a voice in this government, the way they have it is free speech is allowed and most people's opinions are taken into consideration. Some cons are that there is no equality and people can only be the mayor or president for so long. Pros and cons to an absolute monarchy are…cons: only the king and queen are in charge, people don’t have the right to free speech or even to vote so there is no equality and citizens have no say on laws or any of that. Pros: There are none. Pros and cons for a constitutional monarchy….. Cons: There are none listed. Pros: The king and queen have no power, the laws are made and enforced by the parliament, it’s actually equal and fair. For most of these I think the pros are pros because they are the better part of the deal and the cons because they are not fair and/or they aren’t the better deal. I believe the constitutional monarchy is the better government because, everything is fair and no one gets special treatment and the parliament keeps everything in order and makes sure everything is described
