Exotic animals have caused a lot of trouble in the past years. It is believed that more exotic pets are found in American homes than are cared for in zoo’s. These types of animals are called invasive species. Invasive species tend to cause many horrible outcomes. First of all, if humans hadn’t had these exotic animals as pets in the first place, we wouldn't be having this debate. We should not keep exotic pets, it is a very dangerous thing to do. We are only hurting them and their species by keeping them contained as pets. No matter how desperately you want these pets, you must consider what's best for them, and put yourself in their perception.
