Strict attendance policies for seniors.

Should there be a strict attendance policy when it comes to seniors? I believe there should be Schools are here to prepare us for adulthood. If they don’t teach them to show up then who will.

If you have a bad attendance record in highschool employers may not hire because they figure you won't show up to work. Jobs have an attendance policy just like school certain jobs will fire you if you regularly miss your shift without probable reasoning. The better your attendance is in high school the more likely you will get the job because it means you're responsible. School and jobs are not very different they know there will be times something will pop up and you can't show up but sleeping in is not
