Is torture ever justified or acceptable, if something so evil in this world that is undoubtedly inhumane and has taking multiple lives of loved ones deserve a quick painless death, or should they make him suffer the way the families have to suffer for his sickening act. Some people may believe in torturing while others may not. The truth will only show when their own lives are in the situation. If someone stepped into your house and murdered your father, mother, and sibling in front of you. Then fled the scene and got soon got arrested by law enforcement. On the day of trail, the judge asks you something unimaginable, "What do you feel is the right punishment. Torture him to death or a painless death" what would you choose. Picture this situation, a terrorist has planted a multiple bombs in Miami. It will go off in one hour. A thousands of people will die. You then capture the terrorist on the act along with the bomb, but he's not willing to tell you where he planted the other 19 bombs. The only method, torture, will get you the information to save a thousands of innocent people.
