My Human Metrics Jung Typology Test told me that I have a moderate preference of Extraversion over Introversion, which was kind of shocking to me. The definition of an Extrovert is somebody who is very social and emotionally expressive. Where I am a very quiet person and not as social, but I am a very outgoing person and would do almost anything to help others out. Where as an Introvert is more sociable around people they know very well, learns well through observation and is interested in self-knowledge and self-understanding which seems more like me than an Extrovert does. It made a lot of sense to me that it said I had very little or no preference of Sensing over Intuition. Because when it comes to school and work I am a very visual and hands on type of learner, especially with science types of classes/courses. I like to see how other people do it and then do it on my own. I am very good at “reading between the lines” but sometimes I pay too much attention to the facts instead of the big picture which makes me miss the little details to things. I found it reasonable that it said I had a slight preference of feeling over thinking. I do want to make decisions with my heart and be compassionate towards the person and his/her feelings, but I also don't want to just tell them what they want to hear. I don't like to “sugar coat” the truth, I like to be straight up with them and be more realistic than idealistic. But by doing that sometimes I feel like I kind of hurt the person by doing that but at the same time they need to be realistic with the situation and think of all possible outcomes and not just
