Psychodynamic Survey Interpretation The psychodynamic approach is a notion that entails looking at personality types to determine the type of leader for a particular situation (Northouse, 2013, p. 319). This approach examine various personality traits and relates them to a diverse leadership positions and situations. There are many different personality types and leadership traits that are functional in determining how leaders and followers correlate in different work situations. My psychological type is (ESFJ) which Extravert, Sensor, Feeler, Judger and the scores in all areas were high which indicates a strong partiality in all types.
