The resources needed for this quantitative evaluation design are low. The data collected will be obtained through the clinics’ records of patients seen, while the data of the number of children that required health services in the areas at the time the clinics opened is available from the local health system departments. The project will have to spend for this evaluation in an updated database of the number of patients seen, the services that were provided to the patients and the number of follow-up visits of these children that will be available for the staff at the clinics and for the FPLSVI office. The data provided by the health system departments will be available at no cost. The qualitative…show more content… This type of evaluation will be done by providing a survey to the child and one of his/her parents each time they go to the clinic. This survey will ask about the quality of the services, their perception, and opinion about our services. We will also hire local community health workers to do interviews to a percentage of the population in the underserved area about their opinion on our eye care clinics, about their knowledge of pediatric eye care, and their attitudes towards receiving care by a medical professional, as well as any barriers they know children in their community have to receive medical care. These interviews and evaluation will help FPLSVI learn which specific barriers have to be targeted by each clinic in order to make our services more accessible to the population. This will help the organization and clinics know if a change of strategy needs to be done, or what changes need to be done to adapt to the community. The interviews to the general population will be done twice, one at the time the clinics open for the first time, and the second one six months after these started
