Our personality enhances our organization's relationship in achieving our goals. Publix recycles attempts to hire individuals which will fit the organization's operations. Our team understands the demands of the organization and how not only their knowledge is their asset, but how their personalities are a great base of the framework of this new department. Using the Myers Briggs framework we could assess two key members are introverted in which we properly capitalize our inner source of power and we are passionate towards accomplishing goals given. Indeed, our extrovert coworker balances our quietness which may seem to show as social deficit –yet just an assumption due to the withdrawal aspect of our creative personalities. Indeed, we are also curious and we encouraged each other to expand our knowledge, which has brought additional strategic partners in this Publix Recycle endeavor. We adapt in order to fit into whatever the situation requires. One team member does avoid or puts off decision for the reason that there are other alternatives to explore which may create additional obstacles. Overall, if we are presented with a deadline, we stick to it and we bring in new ideas and possibilities to encourage the personal freedom Publix and Publix Recycles encourages their employees.
