Within the United States, there is practice of punishment requires a type of justification. This justification often involves impressive certain procedure of who breaks the laws or destruction and injury to individual or property. The fact following the application of punishment of an individual is not for it to hurt, but if the explanation is said that punishment causes good judgment. When a 14 year-old girl walking home from school is killed by a stray bullet, society becomes enraged. They believe that the individuals responsible for such a horrific act of violence must be punished. In situations such as this, people imagine the criminal fairness and the justice system to punish the offenders to the full degree of the law.
