The timeline for launching the intensCare product is pretty urgent.(especially the delivery of software in Indian was already delayed)
Since there were another two competitors’ forthcoming products, to be the first one with this type of product in the market is crucial.
In terms of the team members, Beaumont should create a thorough assessment of the organization structure or personality compatibility among members of the team to fix the problem that the team members from different functional area didn’t look at the big picture and work harmoniously.

Generally, the team is performing at a very inefficient level.
In terms of the organizational context aspect, the cross functional team design and parallel development process was created to force the core team continuously to develop the product from its conceptual stage to its final production and it will speed up the process of the production. However, while requiring that functions look at the “bid picture”, parallel development didn’t alter the way reporting and evaluation occurred, and Beaumont did not perform a thorough assessment of the organization structure or personality compatibility among members of the team. The cross functional identity of the team limited and deterred the decision making process, further more, different heads from different apartments have their own ideas and wanted to do it their own way.
