According to Restituto (2005) this can be achieved through the conception of “equality of condition.” The concept at hand plays a pivotal role in examining some of the key equality dimensions which are central to the processes and purposes of education. They include equality of recognition and respect, equality in educational resources, and equality of care, solidarity, and love. In essence, this paper aims at identifying various educational dimensions that have so far been affected by racial inequality. It further proposes and indicates some of the crucial and major changes to be made so as to promote quality of education in lower and institutions of higher learning.

The Situation of Education in the United States
The United States education system is marred by race dilemmas in each and every aspect. From students to teachers, superintendents, and researchers of all ages, there is widespread incapability to navigate and address the national system of racial inequality and widespread differences in other sectors. This is because the dream in question can only come to pass with the provision of quality education to all, irrespective of race, social strata, age, gender, and political affiliation. Basically, education is the foundation, which affects the life of people as long as they live. For this reason, it is the sole determinant of inequality among the races in the workforce, in employment, and in income. Forms of discrimination in courses, extracurricular activities, the curriculum, and education programs undermine both new and ongoing development initiatives. They further lead to mistrust and widespread acts of terrorism, suicides, extra-judicial killings, and lack of accountability and
