On 03/31/2018 at about 2315 hours, Officer Wellmen (P#2546) and I were dispatched to 6676 Lavender Lilly Lane in reference to a family disturbance.
Upon our arrival, we were met by a black female adult verbally identified as Raeshauna Key. Key stated that she and her boyfriend (Eric Harris) of fourteen years whom she has two children in common with (Jaylynn Harris DOB:10/01/2003 andJaeLa Harris(DOB:08/27/2006) had an argument over Harris wanting to leave in Key's vehicle. Key was the registered owner of the vehicle. Key stated that she told Harris that he could not take the vehicle because he did not have a valid license and this made Harris angry. Key stated that Harris is diagnosed schizophrenic and had been on his medicine but she believed he has stopped taking it. Key stated that Harris has had permission to drive the vehicle in the past, but since he does not have a license now Key did not feel comfortable allowing him to drive it.…show more content… key stated that she called 311 and told Harris she was on the phone with the police and put the phone on speaker so that Harris could hear. Key stated that is when Harris took her cell phone out of her hand and went outside. Key stated that she then used her daughter's phone to recall police and went outside to see if Harris was still there. Key stated that is when Harris told her "You want to call the fucking police ok, fuck it then fuck it then" and threw Key's cellphone on the ground and broke it. Key stated that Harris did not push or hit her but she felt he took and broke it to prevent her from contacting police. Key went on to say she believed Harris was also upset that Key contacted police because Harris has an active warrant. Key then sated Harris left on foot in an unknown direction.
