Directly after the accident Randy was put on life support and surgical action was taken focusing on his neck which had broken during the incident. Once action had been taken Randy was allowed home first returning for yearly checkups, which at the current time have been discontinued. Resulting medical issues from his spinal cord injury were low blood pressure and recurrent bladder infections. Besides his accident, Randy has only ever been admitted to the hospital with an emergency occurrence for a developing bladder infection.
