The best thing that ever happened to me was I went to Rapid City, my family and I were there for a week. I went to Rapid City with my parents, my brother and my grandparents. We decided to go to Rapid City for many reasons. Frist of all, we wanted to see my sister; second, we wanted to see the Buffalo Roundup. Also, we got to see Spearfish Canyon and went on different site tours. We stayed in a cabin in Spearfish Canyon. We didn't have any cell service or internet. We finally realised that there was a landline phone, which my siblings and I thought that was pretty cool, since we had never seen before. Every time the phone rang, we would race to the phone to see who it was. In the cabin we played board games. We got to meet my grandpa’s son and his grandson. My grandpa’s son was our tour guide. Well out in the Black Hills we went to see the Buffalo Roundup. We had to get up super early to go see buffalo run across the field. I thought it was cool, but it was a very cold morning. …show more content…
On one of the sight tours we went to a place that had beautiful waterfalls and walking trails. We decide to walk on the trails and look at the beautiful waterfalls. We also decided to go a place that had a train that pictures and neat stuff inside it. Also we went to a restaurant that used to be a house. That place was super neat and cool. One of the days of the trip we went to Wall Drug, that place was awesome. Rapid City was one of the best things that happened to me because, I got to see new things and got to see my sister. I got to see many neat places and also got to stay in a cabin which was cool. The cabin was fun to stay in because that was my first time staying in a cabin. The cabin was beautiful.
