Most people think it cost a lot of money to create a company. Most people have their own reasons for starting their own company. Most people would rather be a boss than being in a job they dislike.

Raymond Disla, other wise known as “Junior”, started Accountable Agents, he started this company because he didn’t want to work for anyone else. He couldn’t deal with his boss, no more.

Out of all the years of working with his boss, he finally realized that he didn’t want to work for his boss. He was fed up with his boss getting new things, when he was working his butt off.

He could create the company with his friend Anthony Hartman. But did he still want to work for horrible boss and be miserable for his life? Or was it time for the other Raymond Disla-the person who wants to be an entrepreneur-to quit his job and create a company with his friend.

After all of the years he has been working for his boss, he finally quitted to be his own. Maybe his boss is just like the bosses in horrible bosses, but he knew that he had to step up to his boss. Junior’s mission seemed like a hill. It was a challenge and a hard obstacle to climb.

It was 2007, the idea of making this company came from Anthony Hartman. Anthony Hartman is one of the owners of Accountable Agents. He had a degree in business management by attending Penn State Berks Campus. He also had experience from his old job like accounting.

Having a degree in visual communications, Raymond was able to create company logos, he was able to create a logo for Accountable
