In the past week, the main objective that was most discussed were the three fundamentals, which in most cases, a maximum of political ideologies used to help tell the differences between their norms (assumptions) and know how their judgment are valuable. These fundamentals are the individual human nature, the relationship amongst the individual, state and the society, and lastly, the instituting of equality among the individuals. These fundamentals are also used to distinguish the aspects of three major characteristics or ideologies of the Western societies. These major ideologies are conservatism, liberalism, and socialism. Conservatism is based on time and traditional values. Conservatism believes that there are two important assumptions about individualism. One of them is that individuals aren’t always rational, meaning; the people are emotional and aren’t able to reason quite understandably. Another assumption is that the people inherit to social being which means they have different distinctions such as levels of knowledge, privileges, and perspectives. Conservatism maintains their status by putting people where they best stand and willingly conjoining together. The individuals have no individual right nor do they have much freedom. However, they have the opportunity to use whatever benefits given by the government and continue social order and to conserve their old values. Unlike conservatism, liberalism advocates the freedom of individualism and opposes quite a bit with the government and its limitations. Liberalism places two important factors about individualism: individuals ARE rational and every individual has the right to pursue their lives and values in life. Equality is very important in this ideology because equality is what makes people live a successful life no matter how they get it. Therefore, the government doesn’t really have any say in equality because equality is the source for all individuals. Socialism, on the other hand, is much more different than the liberalism and conservatism side. Socialism is based on how a certain economic power can be able to benefit all individuals in a society. They aren’t about individual rights or freedom, thus, an individual’s behavior and the way they act is from their surroundings such as friends, families, and work. Among
