The Chesapeake Bay is an important part of the ecosystem on the East Coast. Animals will go extinct (not just those who live in the Chesapeake) they eat trash because they think it looks like food and/or get stuck. A lot of our fresh water comes from the Chesapeake so we won't have as much water. Not only will the animals in the Chesapeake Bay die but so will those who eat them, which means us. Two of the essential things we need to live will be die with
