In life many people struggle with staying positive and looking on the bright side. In the story “Fly Away Home” by: Eve Bunting Andrew has to stay positive, he stays positive because if you don't you won't have any hope. You might have to work hard even if it's not easy, but last and not least staying on the bright side might lead to success.
My first reason is that you need to stay positive or you won't have hope to take on the challenges that you face throughout your life. In the story “Fly away home” Andrew says “I think dad and I will be here forever” and “sometimes I just want to cry”, but he ends up not because he has hope that one day he will get an apartment and till then he will stay positive
