In Alwyn Hamilton book “Rebel Of The Sands,” there is a girl named Amani. She has to go through the loss of losing her mother but instead of crying about it she uses her pain in her everyday life to be a stronger person. That is what I admire most about her. The fact that she is able to take something bad and make it into something good I think is not only honorable but just remarkable. During her journey to visit the land where her mother was born she gets to know someone named Jin. At first she is very wary of Jin because throughout her life she has had really nobody to trust. So her trust for Jin becomes very strong and she develops feelings for him. I couldn't really relate on that one but I was able to put myself in her shoes and see how
