I joined Phi Theta Kappa in my second semester of college at the first opportunity presented. Since then, the greatest impact this organization has had on me was attending the international convention last year in Nashville, Tennessee. Going on a national trip was something that I was excited for, but I wanted to make a little more out of it. So, I did a little research and ended up entering in a competition for prepared persuasive speaking about this organization that I love. I didn’t think of it much at the time, but that decision has easily made the greatest impact of my PTK endeavors.
