To me that means the 100th Anniversary of a program that’s been focused on the creation, and bettering of highschool students into the best citizens they can be. Beginning from the “Yesterday” point of view, started in 1916 under the National Defense Act of 1916, JROTC was created under the authorization of loans of federal military equipment to schools, as well as authorized assignment of active military personnel to schools.
