Executive summary
In New Zealand there are lot of store of fashion boutique .The traders New Zealand limited owns Kiwi fashion a boutique style fashion store which targets women who are between age of 30 of 60 . Ponsby store of company wants to open new store. Company have chose two locations for the Manukau or North shore .In upcoming paragraphs I will discuss about gender, population , income , rent and so other thing which now in both cities on the basis of the also things Manukau is best place for open new store due to some positive thing in Manukau which are not in North shore .

Introduction

In New Zealand there are lot of fashion store consumers who consume from that store . The traders New Zealand Limited owns Kiwi fashion store which targets a women who are between the ages of 30 to 60 years . The price ranges of products around $150-400 . Now company has only store which located in Ponsonby Auckland. It is running very well ,that is why company decide to open another store in Auckland.
