Traditionally, when interpreting the God described in the Old Testament, most theological frame works will posit an argument of free will in association with the perfect goodness they believe this God possesses. However, Baruch Spinoza creates a radically unorthodox frame work in which he has preserved the basic tenets often ascribed to this God (e.g. omnipotence, all-knowing, etc.), but at the cost of freewill.
