My most meaningful accomplishment within the past 4 years was becoming a resident assistant. At first I did not have any desire to become one ,but when I was offered the job I couldn't say no. My first year as a resident assistant was one of the hardest but awarding moments of my life. I served as a support system for around 50 freshmen girls. Before taking the job I was a very shy person that was stuck in the background. This job allowed me to open up while help others to overcome their fears as well. As time pass my success became tied to their success in their first year of college. My love and passion in helping them lead to me be promoted.
