This semester has really opened my eyes to what other tedious jobs are included in the teaching profession; one of them being the Response to Intervention. This process was not easy and I spent a lot of time with research, data collecting, analyzing, and concluding the results. By going through this RTI process I have learned about the importance of identifying students with behaviors, how to begin to help those behaviors, and my impact as a teacher.
