In the reading Taking Personal Responsibility by Brain Tracy, I read that you are sooner or later going to have to make some decisions on your own. What he has talked about makes me scared because I know that it will be greatly hard considering the fact that I haven’t done a lot by myself. But in all honesty, being an adult would mean that I would have to actually grow up. Maybe if I learn how to take things more serious I’ll be able to do just that. My mom has once told me that when you get older you’ll struggle like every human has. I have started to make plans on how I would have save enough money to pay for car insurance, college classes and buying. If you didn’t know, I take my planning very serious when it comes to my near future. Making step by step goals on what I will do is what I have started since I decided I wanted to become a cosmetologist in eighth grade. Planning is hard at first but when you get a hand of what you need it’s pretty easy. When graduate in one year and I have been saving up money for a year or so, not exactly a goal that I have quite achieved but my goal for this year is to save enough money as possible for me to get out of this town. For example, my mom has told me plenty of times that it is better to be planned ahead of time then just right before. So I have taken her word and have looked into cheaper living situations and expenses. The only good thing about having family everywhere is that I can stay there for as long as I would like, but still pay something. It is way cheaper living with family then in an apartment for two hundred dollars a month. So by what I have planned to have enough money to pay for all my classes I need to take.
