Laloux has created a simple way for me to understand the different levels of operations for organizations. I laughed a little when military fell under the traditional, Amber Organization category. Personally as a Veteran, often the military felt like a Red Organization. I agree with Laloux’s thesis, the old way of doing business is on the decline and it’s no longer creating longevity for organizations. I knew even before starting this course, that organizations are now focusing on new ways to increase productivity
