Woodstock was a revolutionary event going into the 70’s that truly changed and shaped this era forever. This event took place on August 15, 1969 to August 18, 1969 on a dairy farm in Bethel, New York. Woodstock was a three day long music festival with performances from musicians like Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and others that were the face of rock and roll during this time. Although this concert sounded fun and exciting, it did have many downs due to multiple things such as bad weather and drugs, but that didn't stop the people from creating history and keeping it a peaceful celebration over those three days.
