Imagine, a young boy being taken away from his family at gunpoint, then being drugged and forced to kill. Then getting jailed because of that. What do you think? I think child soldiers should receive amnesty based on if they were forced to join, forced to kill, rape,ext., abused, and what time they were when they kidnapped.

The final body paragraph is about how they were getting drugged and abused. the first piece of evidence is from an Ishmael Beah interview “ Ishmael Beah was getting drugged and forced to do things”. not only did they force people they even drug them and made them do things without them knowing what they were doing. another piece of evidence is from SOS Children's villages states “ Girls get raped and are vulnerable”. Groups that have child soldiers are ruthless and they don't care about the child's and what they're doing to them even young kids. Many people will argue that child soldiers purposefully join the Army to kill, rape, ext. Evidence to support their claim is in the article rehabilitating child soldiers in the DRC it states “ I like being a soldier, I don't know how many people are killed.” Even though they say this is bad.
